Since its establishment in 2013, Novitas Consult has been supporting people with disabilities and other individuals from marginalized social groups, by activating them through the development of knowledge and skills that enable employment and maintaining employment, gaining economic independence and autonomy.

The work employees on sorting, packaging and repackaging food products, collective and combined packaging of non-food products, production and confection of consumables, advertising and packaging products is valued on the market, in competitive conditions with the respect and implementation of accepted standards.

Real Contribution of People with Disabilities

Every day, people with disabilities are at their workplaces, performing tasks as part of a team in a stimulating work environment, meeting the expected dynamics. In order to realize their working potential at full capacity and at the same time satisfy the strict requirements of clients, they have appropriate support and help from experts.

Novitas Consult employs 85.71% of people with disabilities, out of the total number of employees, of which 22.22% are people with disabilities whose work requires adapting the workplace and the work processes to their capabilities.
