About Us
Motivated by the desire to both initiate social change through business and address a specific social issue, we found our purpose in establishing a company that actively offers equal opportunities to people with disabilities.
Through professional rehabilitation, work training, and fostering employment, we empower individuals with disabilities and integrate them into work processes, whilst promoting their full social inclusion
Novitas Consult received a license to work in 2013, in compliance with all regulations and rules that professional rehabilitation requires, such as:
Fulfillment of construction and technical conditions in terms of location, infrastructure and terms of functionality
Engaged, highly educated professionals with experience in working with people with disabilities
Adequate training programs, with mandatory elements based on educational and practical outcomes
Appropriate equipment that is adequate for the production and service activities of the company, whilst simultaneously being adapted is adapted for safe work for people with disabilities
Dedication and successful results have enabled the constant growth of the number of employees, so that today Novitas Consult employs 18 persons with disabilities, which make up more than 80% of the total number of employees.
