Customers who notice damage or defects on the product when receiving the shipment should contact the courier service immediately. All claims for damage incurred during transport should be addressed directly to the courier service and not to Novitas Consult.

Return Policy: Products can be returned within two days of receipt. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective due to an error on our part. Damages incurred during delivery by courier services are not covered by this policy and related claims should be made directly to the courier service.

Refund: If the product is returned according to the above conditions, the refund will be made within two working days in the same way as the payment was made.

Seller’s responsibility: The seller is responsible for product non-conformity in accordance with applicable regulations and business conditions. If the Seller, for any reason, is unable to deliver all the ordered products and/or in the requested quantity, he will inform the Buyer in writing about which product he is unable to deliver and/or in the requested quantity, so he will cancel the order and reserve funds. Refund terms

If, after receiving the shipment, you find that a product that you did not order was delivered to you by mistake of Novitas Consult, or that you are not satisfied with the product that you ordered, or for some reason, you changed your mind and gave up the purchase, you have the right to return the disputed product, and we will refund your money or exchange the product for another product, according to your wish.

The conditions under which we allow our customers to return are:

The product must be unused, in the original packaging, and with all labels;
Return period: Products must be returned within two days from the date of delivery;
The product being returned must be packed in an adequate way, which reduces the risk of its damage during transport;
Attached are all the documents that were submitted during delivery;
Novitas Consult has confirmed receipt of the shipment that meets the conditions for return.

Novitas Consult is not responsible for damages that occur because the returned product was not properly packed before transport, so the customer cannot exercise his right to return the delivered damaged product.

In accordance with legal norms, the buyer bears the costs of return.

Refund Policy

Novitas Consult guarantees a refund if your order qualifies for a refund.

Within two days from the day of receipt of the returned product, Novitas Consult will refund the amount paid in the same way as the payment was made.
